Most of the Cephus packland is taken up by large swamps and tropical forests. There are strange animals here and occasionally is quite hard to find edible prey. The larger marshes can be home to more dangerous animals like aligators and it easy for a wolf to get stuck in the sinking sands. There are quite a few instects flying around everywhere. In the marshes, all sorts of herbs can be found and there is always access to water, though not all of it is drinkable.
